The Board of Directors of the Monmouth County Association of REALTORS® voted to reduce the application fee for attaining REALTOR® status (voting member), from $250 to $125. This reduced application fee will be in place from February 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010. In order for the Membership Committee to act on your application you must:


1) Execute a REALTOR® application
2) Submit a copy of your Brokers License from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission
3) A check payable to: MCAR in the amount of $125.00
4) Submit three letters of reference:
One from a Banker.
One from a Lawyer.
One from a REALTOR® other-than a REALTOR® /Broker under whom you are licensed.

All Office Exclusive listing paperwork MUST be submitted to the Board Office, NO exceptions.

As of February 1, 2006, both Exclusive Agency (EA) listings and Exclusive Right to Sell (ER) listings will be part of the IDX Data Feed. Each Broker/Owner has the ability to allow or disallow the showing of the EA and/or ER listings on their individual web sites. Quick Reference and MLS Support Aids

Need Help with the MLS System? Try these 4 steps in order: 
  • Click the SUPPORT link in the main menu at the top of this page. ListitHelp is the fastest and most effective set of instructions for the new MLS system (this is the best way to access MLS instruction).
  • View and/or Print the User Guide and/or the Maintenance Manual available for download in the table below.
  • To request help via email, click here to request support from the MLS Tech Support staff (this is the best way to contact us.).
  • If you still have a question after exhausting these resources, you may Call MLS Tech Support at (732) 918-1340, M-F, 8:30-4:30. To contact the MLS directly, the request support function will be the fastest way to get an answer.

 

If you are using an AOL browser the MLS system will either function improperly or not function at all. You MUST use Internet Explorer or Firefox. These are the only two browsers that are supported by the system.
