Homebuyer Tax Credit Extended!
President Obama has signed a bill to extend the tax credit for first-time homebuyers and to expand the tax credit to current homeowners. Buyers who have owned their current homes at least five years would be eligible, subject to income limits, for tax credits of up to $6,500. First-time homebuyers (people who haven’t owned homes in the previous three years) could get up to $8,000. To qualify, buyers have to sign purchase agreements before May 1, 2010 and close before July 1, 2010.

Each Broker/Owner has the ability to allow or disallow the showing of the EA and/or ER listings on their individual web sites. Quick Reference and MLS Support Aids
Need Help with the MLS System? Try these 4 steps in order:
- Click the SUPPORT link in the main menu at the top of this page. ListitHelp is the fastest and most effective set of instructions for the new MLS system (this is the best way to access MLS instruction).
- View and/or Print the User Guide and/or the Maintenance Manual available for download in the table below.
- To request help via email, click here to request support from the MLS Tech Support staff (this is the best way to contact us.).
- If you still have a question after exhausting these resources, you may Call MLS Tech Support at (732) 918-1340, M-F, 8:30-4:30. To contact the MLS directly, the request support function will be the fastest way to get an answer.
If you are using an AOL browser the MLS system will either function improperly or not function at all. You MUST use Internet Explorer or Firefox. These are the only two browsers that are supported by the system.
