The Monmouth County Association of REALTORS® has partnered with Point2 Agent to provide our Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listing Service (MOMLS) members with the very best in listing advertising – listing syndication.

 

Syndication will provide you and your listings with the exposure you deserve, at no cost to you. Point2 Agent has the largest syndication network in the industry advertising listings across over 35 public listing search sites like Yahoo!, Trulia, Google Base, Point2 Homes and more, displaying your listings on over 300 destinations.

 

You’ll have complete control over where your office listings appear. Not only will you have free advertising of your listings in as many places as possible, but all statistics and prospects generated by your listings will be provided right back to you – free of charge.

 

All Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listing Service members will be receiving a Syndication Dashboard to manage their syndication preferences on September 22nd.
