Created by real estate practitioners working closely with MCAR staff, volunteers and legal counsel, our Standard Forms are current, easy-to-use real estate transaction tools. Forms are reviewed and updated in response to emerging legal requirements, new legislation and changing business practices. To order MCAR Standard Forms, call 732.946.3001 from 8:30 a.m.— 4:30 p.m.

—Communications

Various printed and electronic communications offer you an examination of real estate from many different perspectives. The REALTOR® Times of Monmouth/Ocean Counties is a monthly digest of practical tips, proven applications and a series of articles relevant to your daily business practice. The REALTOR® Times of Monmouth/Ocean Counties also focuses on MCAR programs, products and services.

Plus, a one-page newsletter, the Monmouth/Ocean MLS REALTOR® Report, is faxed to every brokerage and keeps members abreast of MLS activities and Association news and events.

MCAR is a REALTOR® Organization...

Did you know the terms “REALTOR®” and “real estate agent” are not synonymous. The term “REALTOR®” is owned and protected by the National Association of REALTORS®. As a member, you can use the REALTOR® designation, which distinguishes you from non-member brokers and salespersons. Being a REALTOR® indicates to consumers that you work to protect their private property rights and subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics.

MCAR is a nonprofit association funded by member dues and exists to enhance your business environment and professionalism.
